$RISE · Robinhood Chain 4663 · Pons
It only goes up while
people keep moving in.
Every floor is held up by the ones below it. Your floor is your rank by holdings, the biggest holder takes the penthouse, and the building grows a storey every time somebody moves in.

The building
Floors are ranked by holdings, penthouse at the top. Scroll it. Hover a floor to read it.
Nobody has moved in yet. This works the moment the first floor is taken.
drag to turn the building
The building is under construction. Floors are assigned at launch and lit as they fill. Nothing here is occupied by anybody invented.
How it works
-
01
You take a floor
Buying $RISE moves you in. How much you hold decides how high you sit.
-
02
The building grows
Every trade carries 5%. New residents arrive underneath you and the tower gains height.
-
03
Rent flows upward
4% of every trade is split across residents by holding. The higher your floor, the larger your share of it.
Where the 5% goes
| Line | Rate | Goes to |
|---|---|---|
| The residents | 4.00% | Split across holders by floor |
| The landlord | 1.00% | The creator wallet |
| The house | 1.00% | Pons, the launchpad |
| What you pay | 6.00% | Each side of a trade |
Four of the five goes back into the building. One is mine. Pons takes its own 1% on top, so a trade costs you 6% a side either way.
What's actually true
- The rent comes from trading, not from nowhere. If nobody trades, the 4% collects nothing and your floor pays you nothing. It is a distribution, not a yield.
- You are paid by the people arriving after you. That is the mechanism and it is the entire point of the name. A building needs new tenants to keep standing.
- A round trip costs about 11.6% before the price moves at all. You need roughly a 13% gain to come out level.
- Floors move. Your rank is your holding relative to everyone else, so somebody buying more puts you down a storey without you doing anything.
- You can lose everything. Nothing above prevents that, and nothing here is a promise of return.
